New Years Eve in Singapore

Cheese, again import from France
Jean-Philippe my flatmate,
had this sausage with him to Singapore when he came back from christmas holiday in France
It was really really good!!!!
Starter made by master chef Kenny
Tiger prawns with homemade guacamole, homemade semi-dried tomtatoes,
stuffed mushrooms and panfried salmon on tzatziki
Main Course by Julia and my-self
Steak, red wine sauce, roasted vegetables, salad
and baked potatoes served with homemade garlic butter
Cheese, again import from France
Before midnight we went to Marina Bay to see the fireworks at midnight. I really wouldn't miss this moment, it was really beautiful. In Singapore you are not aloud to have your own private firework as we do in Denmark, so it was very different from back home and more centralized at one place in the city. So many people showed up to see the fireworks and the hole area around Marina Bay was closed for trafic!!!
