My boyfriend and I made these
Picture from the dessert plate competition: the winning plate. Actually, I was a bit surprised that the presentation wasn't at a higher standard then its made by a professional pastry chef.
This eyecatcher is made of sugar. For this competition the rule is that all edible is permitted. Measurements min. 40 cm high. Optional material, all carried and assembled in the show tent.
Passionfruit gelé, peach and chocolate mousse and marzipan
Blueberry gelé, blueberry and chocolate mousse on a chocolate/hazelnutbase
Greentea mousse and mango mousse layered with a almond sponge
